The first monthly team dues for the new season will be invoiced end of August and due September 1st.
This registration fee includes a new LCAC Team cap and T-shirt for each swimmer.
The Gold Group is for swimmers who are fully committed to training at the highest level. Practices are designed to build endurance, race strategy, and overall performance with a focus on long-term development. Gold swimmers are expected to attend at least five practices per week and may attend morning practices (Tues/Thurs 6:00–7:30 a.m.) if 13 or older. Dryland is self-directed and coordinated with coaches as needed. Gold group is ideal for athletes who are motivated to excel in a rigorous training program with a positive mindset while pursuing state-level competition and above.

The Gold Lite Group offers a competitive training environment for swimmers who are balancing other activities or who are not yet ready for full Gold Group commitment. With 3–4 practices per week, Gold Lite maintains a strong focus on technique, consistency, and progress toward future advancement.

The Navy Group is designed for swimmers who are ready to train 4–5 times per week. Practices focus on refining technique, building aerobic capacity, and developing the skills required for higher-level competition. Dryland training is included twice per week to support athletic development. Navy Group is ideal for swimmers on the competitive track aiming to move into Gold or Gold Lite.

The Navy Lite Group provides a focused training experience for swimmers who swim 2–4 times per week. This group supports skill development and confidence-building while offering a flexible schedule. Dryland is included twice a week to support physical literacy. Navy Lite is a great option for athletes balancing swimming with other interests, and it provides a pathway to Navy or Gold Lite.

The White Group is for swimmers who have foundational skills in all four strokes and are ready for structured, technique-focused practices. Swimmers train 2–4 times per week and build endurance, efficiency, and meet readiness. White Group prepares athletes to advance into Navy or Navy Lite as they develop consistency and confidence.

The Pre-Team Group introduces swimmers to the basics of competitive swimming in a fun, low-pressure environment. Swimmers learn foundational skills in all four strokes, streamline, and turns, with an emphasis on building confidence and enjoyment. This group meets 2–3 times per week and prepares swimmers to advance into the White or Navy Lite group.

The Homeschool Group FULL is for homeschooled swimmers of all ages who can commit to 3–5 practices per week. Practices focus on stroke technique, endurance, and skill development in a flexible daytime setting.
Mon–Thurs 2:00–3:30 p.m.
Sat 9:00–11:00 a.m.
The Homeschool Group LITE is for young swimmers who are new to swimming or prefer a lower-volume option. This group meets 2–3 times per week and focuses on developing basic technique in a low-stress, fun and supportive environment. Our homeschool group encourages swimmers to develop a love for swimming while also building confidence in the water.

***10% discount for families that pay half of a season (September - December or January - April) or 20% for the entire short course season (Aug -March) upfront.
MEET FEES: Meet Fees are NOT included in the Monthly Dues and will be charged for each meet that your swimmer attends, along with Coaches’ fees (approx.…$50-$75 based on team participation).
SWIM CAPS/TEAM T-SHIRTS: Every swimmer will be given a new LCAC Swim Cap and Team T-shirt upon registration. Extra/replacement caps/shirts will be available for a fee throughout the season.
